Welcome to 100xprompts (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using our website and learning content (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. 100xprompts is operated by 100xprompts.

1. The Service

100xprompts provides bite-sized educational flashcard decks and learning challenges about AI topics. Content is for general educational purposes and is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

2. Purchases & pricing

We offer paid options including a one-time Challenge, retry-token packs, and a one-time Masterclass. Prices are shown at checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our card orders and handles payment, billing, and related customer-service inquiries. Crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments or by direct on-chain transfer. We don’t store your full payment details. By purchasing you authorize the applicable charge.

3. Refunds

Because access to digital content is granted immediately, sales are generally final. If something goes wrong, email support@100xprompts.com and we’ll try to make it right; as Merchant of Record, Paddle reviews and processes eligible card refunds. Crypto payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

4. Access & limits

The Challenge includes timed quizzes and cooldowns that pace your progress; quiz retries are unlimited and free. The Masterclass removes the timer and cooldowns. Access is for your personal use and isn’t transferable.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t resell, scrape, or redistribute our content, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, or misuse the Service. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is educational and not professional, financial, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 100xprompts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
